Baked using traditional methods, our sourdough is naturally leavened with our own cultivated wild yeast starter and slowly fermented for 24 hours, developing its signature tang, complex flavour and airy, tender crumb.

Storage Instructions : Keep slices in an airtight container or bread bag at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, place in resealable bag and freeze after purchase. *p/s : Do not refrigerate your bread.
